This is a fence post in the Weapons Shop.
Fence Post is a Weapon available at the Weapons Shop dealing an initial damage of 85.5 at slower than normal speed, bringing the overall damage to 57 points. This weapon is stronger than a Nail Gun but is weaker than a Missile and a Fire Hydrant. The weapon costs 25 Brains pieces but can only be sold for half the price. Although it is available at an earlier level compared to other weapons at the next slot, it is not worth the cost since other weapons are available for a better price.
